Return and Refund Policy
At Blossom Nights, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below:
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If you want to return or exchange, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a 5% transaction fee of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will then be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 14 days.
If rejected, we will contact you to inform the reasons for this decision and arrange for the item to be returned to you.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, for example, having a visible crack, being unresponsive, or not being able to vibrate, please contact our customer service team immediately with both photographic and video evidence. We are unable to replace for damage due to the buyer's reasons.
To be eligible for a replacement, your returned item must contain all of its original contents, excluding packaging.
We will provide a pre-paid return label for the defective or damaged item, and we will offer a replacement after your item is received and inspected. We do NOT offer a refund for the defective or damaged item, due to the opened original packaging.
Privacy and Discretion:
We take privacy and discretion seriously. All packages are discreetly handled, and our packaging does not reveal the contents inside. All returned items are destroyed and never re-sold in secondary packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. This includes opened intimate apparel, intimate accessories, and personal hygiene products.
