What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two shipping options for your orders:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 business days
Is there any way to get free shipping?
Yes! Orders with a total price over than £40 GBP (including taxes and discounts) qualify for Free Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only provide shipping within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
While we aim to deliver orders on time, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you experience a significant delay or believe your package is lost, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout to avoid any delivery issues.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping options. However, our Royal Mail Tracked 24 option provides fast delivery within the next business days if your order is placed before 16:00.
Can I exchange or return the products?
Blossom Nights is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Should you discover any quality issues or decide to return an unopened item with its seal intact, you are eligible for returns or exchanges within a 7-day period from the date of order delivery.
